The European Crafts Alliance (ECA) has launched an exciting new initiative- Craft Your Online Market, a 16-week training programme designed to help craftspeople and small craft businesses from Germany, Italy, Portugal, Poland, and Spain enhance their online presence and sales capabilities. 

Running from 29 May to 16 September 2025, the programme is tailored for artisans working in traditional and heritage crafts who are new to online selling.

Led by creative business coach Caroline Jackman, the programme offers expert-led workshops, peer support sessions, and personalized mentoring. Participants will gain practical skills in business planning, finance, marketing, and online selling, enabling them to confidently sell their products on online marketplaces and develop sales channels beyond their local regions. 

A key feature of the programme is its strong emphasis on peer support and mentoring, ensuring participants receive both structured training and personalized guidance. The programme is powered by Etsy and offers participants expert-led training and resources valued at €2,500, all at no cost to selected applicants. ​
